*New 2026* SALE PHOTOS will be posted by 4-H members/parents/leaders directly on the #88thPWF Live Auction Facebook Page - please include the Exhibitor Name, Project Title (Market, Carcass)4-H Club (or CIty/Town for Opens), the Barn Name of the Animal, Breed, and a small blurb if you wish - to help buyers learn about the project!
- Bill of Sales (Individuals for each Beef Project whether its from the member's or family's herd), Photo Release/Waivers, Secondary Entry Forms are to be - Submitted via email to pwfsecretary@gmail.com
- Beef Members: Remember to bring a FORM 3 (Livestock Manifest) made out for each Beef Project at time of Weigh In at the Fair
& Remember to indicate Circle Creek Ranch's Premise ID BC44HTWMM on the Livestock Manifest Form you
CARCASS STEERS - Remember to indicate Kam Lake View Meat's Premise ID BC44F7M3K on the Livestock Manifest Form - DROP OFF DATES - August 31 & Sept 7 (members have been contacted for each date) - if unsure email pwfsecretary@gmail.com.
